1 Poppins Payroll’s estimated annual cost is based on a $49/month plan and includes one employee. New clients receive free service through the end of the calendar month in which they sign up. Total reflects 11 months of paid service. Bank account required at sign-up. Plan auto-renews monthly unless canceled. The $49 subscription fee does not include the preparation or submission of quarterly or year-end tax filings, payments, or documents (including W-2, W-3, and Schedule H) if your account is closed before the end of a quarter or calendar year. In those cases, an additional fee will apply. See the FAQ for full details on applicable fees.

This estimate is based on the Premium plan at $75/month with a first month free offer for new clients, plus the $100 fee for year-end documents (e.g., Schedule H, W-2s) for active clients.
