The Poppins Customer Referrals Program (the "Program") allows existing users of the Poppins platform, both employees ("EEs") and employers ("ERs", and collectively with EEs, "Users"), to earn promotional rewards and service credits ("Rewards") by referring new users who become paying subscribers to the Poppins platform.
In order to participate, Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Poppins Terms and Conditions of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the same meaning as given them in the Poppins Terms and Conditions of Service.
Eligibility and Qualified Referrals
The Program is open to all Users, and applies only to referrals made on or after September 26, 2025. Referrals made prior to this date are not eligible for rewards under this Program. Users can issue personalized referral links and track the status and Reward eligibility thereof, via the Employee Cubby or Employer Portal, as applicable.
Users will earn Rewards for all Qualified Referrals as set forth below. A referral is considered a "Qualified Referral" if: (i) the referred user has not previously been a paying Poppins subscriber (except that such referrals shall be deemed a Qualified Referral in the case of an ER moving from one state to another where such move requires a new account be established); (ii) the referred user clicks on their personalized referral link to create a valid Poppins User account, including accepting all applicable Terms and Conditions of Service; and (iii) the referred user enrolls and pays their first invoice in full in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Terms and Conditions of Service, which includes linking a valid U.S. bank account during account setup. Qualified Referrals will be eligible to receive service credits of up to 2 free months of the Poppins Service ($98 value). For the purpose of this Program, "2 free months" shall be defined as follows: the first free month begins on the date of account activation and covers the remainder of that calendar month. The second service credit will apply to the immediately following calendar month.
Rewards
For ER Users that refer a Qualified Referral, the User will receive as a Reward a credit for 1 month of the Poppins Service. For EE Users that refer a Qualified Referral, the User will receive as a Reward a gift card in the amount of $100 per Qualified Referral.
Rewards will be issued within 30 calendar days after the Qualified Referral pays their first invoice in full in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Terms and Conditions of Service. Eligible Users will be contacted by email with instructions to claim their Rewards.
The maximum amount of gift card Rewards that may be earned by any EE User will be $500 per calendar year. All Rewards are non-transferable. Gift card Rewards may be considered taxable income. ER Users who refer Qualified Referral(s) may earn unlimited Rewards in the form of monthly service credits, subject to the terms of this Program. Users are responsible for filing and paying any applicable taxes which may accrue.
Referral Links
Referrals may be shared for personal use, including on social media, forums, or community groups. However, Users may not promote referral links through paid advertising, mass messaging, or spam tactics, including bots or automated systems. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Users may not pay to advertise their referral link.
General Conditions
If any provision herein is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable then such provision will be struck and not affect the validity of or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The parties are independent contractors and participation in the Program will not be construed as authority for either party to act for the other party in any agency or other capacity, or to make commitments of any kind for the account of or on behalf of the other. Poppins may suspend or terminate the Program or any User's participation herein at any time in its sole discretion. Poppins reserves the right to review and investigate all referrals and to modify referrals in its sole discretion as deemed reasonably necessary and appropriate. The Program and these terms may be amended, modified or changed from time to time by Poppins in its sole discretion. Users' continued participation in the Program will serve as consent to any such amendment.
Back-to-School 2026 Referral Bonus Terms
In addition to the Program described above, Poppins may offer limited-duration seasonal incentives. The following terms (the “BTS Plan Terms”) govern the 2026 Back-to-School Referral Bonus Plan (the “BTS Plan”), available to all Users beginning August 17, 2026 and ending September 30, 2026 (the “BTS Period”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this section have the same meaning as in the Program Terms set forth above. .
Eligibility and Qualified BTS Referrals
The BTS Plan applies only where the referred family completes sign-up — that is, creates a valid Poppins User account using the referring User’s personalized referral link or email invite — during the BTS Period. A referral that satisfies this timing requirement, and that otherwise satisfies all requirements of a Qualified Referral under the Program Terms above (including enrollment and payment of the referred family’s first invoice in full in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Terms and Conditions of Service), is a “Qualified BTS Referral.”
BTS Reward for Employers (ERs)
ER Users will continue to receive the standard Reward of a credit for one (1) month of the Poppins Service ($49 value) for each Qualified BTS Referral, as set forth in the Rewards section above. In addition, ER Users will receive a one-time BTS bonus gift card in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) for each Qualified BTS Referral. The $100 BTS gift card counts toward the annual $500 cap on ER gift card Rewards described in the Rewards section above.
BTS Reward for Employees (EEs)
For each Qualified BTS Referral, the referring EE User will receive a single gift card Reward in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200). This $200 gift card replaces, and is not in addition to, the standard one hundred dollar ($100) gift card Reward described in the Rewards section above; EE Users will not receive two separate gift cards for the same Qualified BTS Referral. The $200 BTS gift card counts toward the annual $500 cap on EE gift card Rewards described in the Rewards section above, in the same manner as the standard $100 gift card Reward it replacesÂ
Reward Issuance
BTS Rewards will be issued within 30 calendar days after the referred family pays its first invoice in full in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Terms and Conditions of Service. Since Qualified BTS Referrals receive up to 2 free months of the Poppins Service before their first invoice becomes due (as described in the Eligibility and Qualified Referrals section above), Users should generally expect BTS Rewards to be issued approximately two (2) months after the referred family’s account activation. Eligible Users will be contacted by email with instructions to claim their Rewards.
General
The BTS Plan is a limited-time promotional offering that may be modified, suspended, or terminated by Poppins at any time in its sole discretion. To the extent of any conflict between these BTS Plan Terms and the Program Terms, the BTS Plan Terms govern for referrals made during the BTS Period. Participation in the BTS Plan constitutes acceptance of these BTS Plan Terms.
